Today we met the local ducks. When we walked out the back door, they came waddling over as a herd assuming that we would feed them. Mostly they stayed out of arm's reach, but there were two bold ones who eventually took crackers out of Grammy Carole's hand.
We saw a pod of dolphin from the boat. They surfaced several times in the few minutes that we trolled past.
We ancored in a shallow spot off of "Little Beach". We could see ponies from the boat and it was shallow enough that even the kids could wade over to the beach. Alex and Chloe shrieked and giggled for quite a while because they were so excited about being able to stand up in the water.
